Booking a parking spot with Milan Airports Shop guarantees you maximum flexibility. You can modify your reservation up to 3 hours before your scheduled time, free of charge, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Unlimited Parking Reservation Changes
Need to modify your parking stay? No problem! You can make unlimited changes to:
- Parking duration
- Type of parking (covered, uncovered, executive, etc.)
- Departure airport, with some restrictions
If you have booked parking at Linate or Malpensa, you can modify your reservation at no extra cost, even switching between terminals at these two airports.
However, if you have booked parking at Bergamo Orio al Serio, you can only change it to another parking spot in Bergamo. Transfers between Bergamo and Linate or Malpensa are not allowed.
If the new rate is higher than your original booking, you will only pay the difference. If the new rate is lower, the system will automatically adjust the price with no penalties.
How to Modify Your Parking Reservation
For Non-Registered Users:
1. Use the form available at the top of the page or on the homepage.
2. Enter your purchase code (PNR) received via email and the email address used for the booking.
3.Access your reservation details to download your e-ticket again or modify your booking.
For Registered Users:
1. Log in and access your Personal Area.
2. In the "My Purchases" section, you will find the list of all your reservations.
3. Select the parking reservation you want to modify and click on the link to update your booking.
