Right of withdrawal
According to Article 3, paragraph 1, point a) of the Consumer Code ("the physical person who acts for purposes other than business, commercial craft or professional activities") has the right to cancel the contract without providing reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, You are obliged to inform Società per Azioni Esercizi Aeroportuali S.E.A, with registered office in Segrate (MI), Milan Linate airport, of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by electronically filling and submitting the withdrawal form available on this page. We will send a confirmation without delay of receipt of the withdrawal form to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase process.
In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that You send the communication of your intention to exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal
If You withdraw from this agreement, you will be refunded any payments you made to SEA without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. Such refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have not expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you shall not incur any costs as a result of that refund.

- The purchase must be successful and inside the request box you must enter the Email used during the purchase and the purchase code (PNR) received in the confirmation email;
- The request can only be made by private customers;
- The request may be submitted only if the purchased services have not yet been used;
- The request must not have already been submitted;
- The withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase and, in any case, before the start of the service.
For example:
- If a user purchases Parking or a VIP Lounge on 1 December for use on 13 December, they may exercise the withdrawal right until 11:59 p.m. on 12 December;
- If a user purchases Parking or a VIP Lounge on 1 December for use on the same day, 1 December, they may not exercise the withdrawal right.
For products that do not have a specific date of use (e.g., Baggage Wrapping and Fast Track), withdrawal is permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.For example: If a user purchases Baggage Wrapping or Fast Track on 1 December, they may exercise the withdrawal right until 11:59 p.m. on 15 December.
In the case of multiple purchases, the withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase and, in any case, before the start of the service with the earliest date of use.
For example:
- If a user purchases on 1 December a VIP Lounge entry for 10 December and Parking for 12 December, they may exercise withdrawal for the entire purchase until 11:59 p.m. on 9 December;
- If a user purchases on 1 December a Baggage Wrapping service (usable from 1 December to 28 February) and Parking for 12 December, they may exercise withdrawal for the entire purchase until 11:59 p.m. on 11 December.
Please note that in the case of multiple purchases, withdrawal applies to all items purchased within the same transaction.
Withdrawal is not permitted for:
- Services purchased entirely with a voucher/discount code. If payment was made using multiple methods (i.e., a voucher/discount/promo code and another payment method), withdrawal is permitted only for the portion paid using an electronic payment method.For example: If a user purchases parking for €100 and pays €70 with a voucher/discount code and €30 by credit card (or another monetary method), they may withdraw only from the €30 paid via the monetary method;
- Bookings that have been modified through the Booking Change service;
- Bookings that have been modified through the Booking Change service and did not result in an additional payment;
- For new bookings generated through the Booking Change service that resulted in an additional amount paid via electronic payment, withdrawal is permitted and applicable exclusively to the extra amount paid. For example:If a user modifies their booking and pays an additional €20 using an electronic payment method, withdrawal may be requested only for the €20 paid;
- The purchase of the Malpensa Express train ticket.
